Welcome to FIND YOUR MATCH. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. This platform is intended primarily for students of recognized institutions and residents of the community.

2. Subscriptions and Payments (M-Pesa)

• Student Access: Access to the Swipe Deck and Inbox requires a monthly subscription fee of 50 KSH, payable via Safaricom M-Pesa.
• Business Partners: Restaurant and venue listings require a monthly subscription of 2000 KSH.
• Refunds: All subscription payments are final and non-refundable unless required by Kenyan law.

3. Community Rules & AI Moderation

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, explicit content, and spam. Our AI Moderation system actively monitors the platform. Delstarford Works reserves the right to instantly and permanently ban any user found violating these rules without a refund.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

FIND YOUR MATCH facilitates online connections and suggests offline partner venues. However, you are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We strongly advise using our "Safe-Mate Check-In" feature and meeting in public spaces. Delstarford Works is not liable for any offline conduct or incidents.

5. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
